You agree to use the 10Metrics Realty website and affiliated platforms only for lawful purposes. You may not:

2. Affiliated Platforms and Ecosystem

10Metrics Realty operates as part of a broader business ecosystem that includes:

CRM Bright – CRM software for real estate professionals

RocketAgent Coaching & Training – Business development, coaching, and education services

Use of these platforms may be subject to additional terms of service and licensing agreements, which you must also accept to gain access.

3. Revenue Share Program

10Metrics Realty offers a performance-based revenue share program for licensed agents in good standing.

Key conditions include:

Revenue share is paid only on closed and verified commission-generating transactions

There are no payments for recruiting, and no compensation based on agent count alone

This is not an MLM, network marketing scheme, or investment vehicle

Revenue share participants must comply with applicable real estate licensing laws, internal policies, and state regulations

Terms may be updated at the company’s discretion with notice

Participation does not guarantee income, and results depend on individual performance and market conditions.

4. Coaching & Tools

Programs such as RocketAgent and CRM Bright are intended to support real estate professionals and entrepreneurs in their practice. These tools do

not replace licensing requirements, professional compliance obligations, or broker supervision.

5. Intellectual Property

All website content, including logos, graphics, text, and software, is the property of 10Metrics Realty or its affiliates. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of our site or branding without written consent.
